Students purchasing books and supplies on grants or scholarships are allowed to do so one week prior to the beginning of the semester, and during the first week of the semester. If you have a credit balance, but prefer to purchase books off campus, you may stop by the Business Office to request a book check. Generally the request must be made at least 10 days before the Campus Store charging period begins. A detailed cost sheet from the merchant is required before funds will be processed.
Also, you can use your financial aid to purchase a meal plan if you sign up within the first three weeks of each semester.
