We are happy to provide you with a copy of your transcript, but please know a transcript is issued only at the written request of the student or alumni. A transcript is a complete copy of a student’s academic record at the time that it is issued and it contains all credit course work taken while enrolled at Tri-County Technical College.
Transcript delivery will be through PDF-email or mail. PDF-email is the quickest way to have your transcript sent. If you choose mail or pick-up, please note the times below. The US Postal service is experiencing an unprecedented volume increase and limited employee availability due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Transcript requests are only accepted from the student/alumni and will not be released to anyone except the student.
Picture Identification of the student/alumni is required for transcripts selected for pick-up.
To ensure that your transcript arrives in a timely manner, please provide the complete and correct mailing or email address of the institution, business, or individual recipient.
