Student Information Updates

Each student is obligated to ensure that his/her name, address, and telephone number are current and accurate in the official records of the College. Failure to do so can cause delay in the handling of student records and in emergency notification.

To update your name, date of birth, or social security number please complete a Change Request: Student Biographical Update form and return it to TC Central, Ruby Hicks 105 (Pendleton Campus). If this form is submitted by mail it must be notarized.

Currently Enrolled or alumni with a College eTC account may make changes to your permanent and/or mailing address and telephone number via your eTC account. To make these changes, click on the Get Set tab, the View & Update my info channel, and the Update Addresses and Phones link. If your permanent address is changing to "In County" from outside Anderson, Oconee, Pickens counties, an Affidavit of Residency Status must also be completed and returned to TC Central, Ruby Hicks 105 (Pendleton Campus) or mail to TC Central, PO Box 587, Pendleton SC 29670.

Alumni without a College eTC account must complete the Change Request Form: Student Address or Phone. If your permanent address is changing to "In County" from outside Anderson, Oconee, Pickens counties, an Affidavit of Residency Status must also be completed and returned to TC Central, Ruby Hicks 105 (Pendleton Campus) or mail to TC Central, PO Box 587, Pendleton SC 29670.

International students on F-1 visas who are changing their names, addresses, or telephone numbers are required to notify the International Student Advisor immediately.
