The College is closed by order of the Governor of the State of South Carolina. During this closure period, if you do not have a laptop to use to connect to your course related materials, it is recommended that you communicate directly with your instructor(s).

E-mail can be accessed from any device that has an internet connection. Once logged into eTC students or employees can click on the E-Mail link that will take you directly to webmail.

Blackboard can be accessed from any device that has an internet connection. There is also an app for iPhone and Android platforms. Once logged into eTC students or employees access Blackboard through the student, employee or faculty tabs.

The college is currently creating WIFI-enabled parking lots for students to be able to drive up and connect. These parking lots will be located on each of our primary campuses (Pendleton Campus, Anderson Campus, Easley Campus and Oconee Campus).

Students and employees are also encouraged to reach out to their local telecommunications and cell phone providers in regards to free services that are being offer to customers.

Several companies are offering assistance with internet access.
