Transcript Request

General Information

  • A transcript is issued only at the written request of the student. A transcript is a complete copy of a student's academic record at the time that it is issued and it contains all credit course work taken while enrolled at Tri-County Technical College.
  • Transcripts will not be furnished for any student or alumnus whose financial obligations to the College are not satisfied.
  • Transcript request are only accepted from the student/alumni. If the student/alumni is requesting another individual to submit his/her transcript request, the student/alumni must complete the request form, sign, and have the form notarized.
  • Transcripts will not be released to anyone except the student unless written permission has been granted to another individual at the time the transcript request is submitted.
  • Picture identifica­tion is required for all transcripts requested in person and when picked up.
  • Tri-County Technical College does not issue or reproduce transcripts from other institutions. Requests for transcripts of work taken at other institutions must be directed to the institution concerned.
  • Transcript requests are not accepted via telephone, fax, or email.
  • Tri-County Technical College does not fax transcripts.
  • Electronic signatures are not accepted

Processing Times

  • Transcript request submitted for pickup, Monday-Thursday before 2pm will be available after 3pm the same day.
  • Transcript request submitted for pickup, Monday-Thursday after 2pm will be available for pickup the following business day after 11:30am.
  • Transcript requests submitted for pickup on Friday will be available for pickup on the following business day after 11:30am.
  • Transcript request that are requested for mailing will be processed within 24 hours.
  • During peak times, a 24-48 hour processing time will be required.
  • Transcript request submitted to the Information Desks of the Anderson and Easley Campuses will be processed within 48 hours.
  • Transcripts requested at the Anderson and Easley Campuses are available for mailing or pick-up at the Pendleton Campus.

Current Students
Unofficial Transcripts
You may obtain unofficial transcripts on eTC free of charge. Log into eTC (etc.tctc.edu), click on the Succeed tab, Get my transcript channel, and Unofficial Transcript link.

Official Transcripts
The quickest and most convenient way to order official transcripts is to order on-line via the National Student Clearinghouse, however transcripts may also be requested in person and in writing as well.

Transcripts are $9.25 each and must be paid for upon request. You will need a credit or debit card to order on-line. Transcripts ordered online will be mailed to the recipient indicated on the request.

Order in Person
Transcript Request forms are available at the Student Records Office, 190 Miller Hall (Pendleton Campus) and at the Main Information Desk at both the Anderson and Easley Campuses.

Transcripts are $7 each and must be paid for upon request.
