Enrollment Verification

In cooperation with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), the College provides a free self-service program that allows current students to view and print enrollment verifications via eTC. Enrollment verifications from the NSC are typically available to students approximately five days after the drop/add period for any given term.

Alumni seeking an enrollment verification must contact Student Records, 190 Miller Hall (Pendleton Campus).

Employers seeking enrollment verifications should contact the National Student Clearinghouse at www.studentclearinghouse.org or call them at (703) 742-4200.
