Course Description
To prepare for the South Carolina Home Inspector examination.
Course Outline
Students will learn about standards of practice, defects recognition, inspection guidelines, reporting methodologies, and liability management. In addition, students will learn how to create a home inspection report that will detail the home's condition including the heating and cooling systems, the plumbing and electrical systems, the roof and siding, as well as the framing and foundation.
Entry Requirements/What to Expect
