The STEP Dual Enrollment Program provides an excellent opportunity for qualified high school students to get a head start on college. Some of the benefits include:

  • Completing college courses that count toward one of Tri-County's associate degree, diploma, or certificate programs;
  • Completing University Transfer courses; 
  • Completing technical courses; 
  • Utilizing spare time due to late arrival or early dismissal at your high school to start on your college major
  • Experiencing college-level courses and workload part-time before attending college as a full-time student;
  • Experiencing a college environment and interacting with a diverse student body
