Anderson County QuickJobs Development Center

Whether you want to start a career, advance in your current career, learn new skills or complete job related certifications, you'll find what you need at the Anderson County Quick Jobs Development Center. Coming soon to the Anderson Campus, the Center will offer a wide variety of customized business and industry training through the College's Corporate & Community Education (CCE) Division.

QuickJobs programs last anywhere from a few days to six months and are designed to provide the training necessary to build a strong, viable workforce by giving individuals the skills to get back into the job market or advance in their current job. Scheduled for completion by Fall of 2013, our new QuickJobs Center will be located directly across Michelin Boulevard from our current academic building, next to the Driver Training Pad.

Additional CCE Programs at the Anderson Campus
At the heart of the CCE programs at the Anderson Campus is the WIA-eligible Commercial Truck Driver Training program and the Office Skills Center. Additional occupational training includes computer training, Administrative/Office Certificates, MSSC Certified Production Technician, Culinary Arts certificate and Heavy Equipment Operator Training. CCE also offers a variety of life and leisure classes that include photography, concealed weapons permit training, motorcycle safety training, defensive driving, driver education, sewing, personal cooking and dance classes.
