All RAs must be enrolled in degree granting programs and in good academic and conduct standing with the university (Tri-County Technical College and/or Clemson University) with a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA. RA cumulative and semester grade point averages will be reviewed prior to hiring and on a semester by semester basis to ensure that this requirement is met.

Bridge RAs must be available for fall training and opening, with all staff moving in by Sunday, August 1, and training beginning Monday, August 3.

Compensation

Housing and utilities at Highpointe will be provided as a condition of employment. Bridge RAs will be paid a weekly stipend for 10 hours a week at $7.25 an hour.
