Veterinary Technology Adoption Day is November 18

PENDLETON --- Tri-County Technical College's Veterinary Technology Department will hold a Pet Adoption Day Thursday, November 18, from 2 - 6 p.m. at Halbert Hall on its Pendleton Campus.

The dogs are trained with basic commands on a gentle leader head collar and socialized with many people. The cats are handled constantly for socialization and enjoy playtime together. All animals have been spayed or neutered, received current vaccinations, dewormed and checked for heartworms or feline leukemia.

There is a $45 fee, which includes a microchip and registration, payable at the time of adoption. To view available animals for adoption, go to http://academics.tctc.edu/vet/vetpets/index.htm.
