Welcome from the Campus Director

Dr. Brian SwordsWelcome to the Easley Campus of Tri-County Technical College!
We are here to assist you by bringing the services and programs of Tri-County Technical College directly to Easley and the surrounding area. Our desire is that the Easley campus will be an integral part of the community, assisting citizens in reaching their educational goals, while assisting the area in job training and economic development.

There is simply no better investment than education because your potential is your greatest asset...and we are here to help you develop it to the fullest. Plus, your education is an investment that pays you back for a lifetime. For example:

  • The average annual income of a person with a two-year associate's degree is 39% higher than a person with a high school diploma.
  • Over the past five years, the average salary of Tri-County graduates has exceeded the State average by eight percent.
  • Tri-County students enjoy a 21% annual return on their investment. For every dollar invested, our students receive six dollars in higher future earnings over an expected 30-year career.

And with most students receiving significant tuition assistance through financial aid, the money needed to make such an investment in your future is modest, especially compared to the potential payback.

As a lifelong resident of Pickens County, I am familiar with the area, and I will work my hardest to provide all the services needed by our students, local businesses and industry. I encourage you to stop by for a visit and let us help you begin, or continue, your journey towards reaching your educational goals or aid you in business training needs.
